Characteristics
High temperature stability
High temperature resistance: Long-term temperature resistance up to 120-150°C, short-term can withstand higher temperatures (e.g. 200°C), suitable for high-temperature environments (e.g. automotive cables, engine parts).
Low volatility: high boiling point (about 410°C), non-volatile at high temperatures, reducing the risk of material aging.
Durability and migration resistance
Oil and solvent resistance: high stability in grease or chemical solvent environments, suitable for industrial hoses and sealing materials.
Migration resistance: not easy to seep out from the plastic, prolonging product life (e.g. medical equipment, food packaging).
Environmental protection and safety
Phthalate-free: Complies with EU REACH, RoHS and US FDA food contact standards (21 CFR 175.105).
Low toxicity: passes biocompatibility tests (e.g. USP Class VI) and can be used in medical products such as blood bags and infusion tubes.
Processability
Good compatibility with PVC: Higher additive amount (usually 50-70 phr), slightly lower plasticizing efficiency than DEHP, but better overall performance.

High-temperature insulation: automotive wiring harnesses, aerospace cables, high-temperature wires for household appliances.
Advantage: maintain flexibility at high temperatures to avoid embrittlement.
